If the MP10a SD card is still not detected, turn off the power and replace theMP10a.If the LED status of the MP10a, or interface card is abnormal, turn off system powerand turn the power on again.8.2c UPGRADING MP10 with MP10a CARDSExisting customers can be upgraded from MP10 to MP10a card to receive the improvementsto the new processor. When this is required, the IT tool can be used to backup and restore thetelephone setting of the customer’s database, however the voicemail settings should not besaved. All voicemail prompts and stored messages and greetings must be deleted and re-recorded on the new MP10a card. This will insure that the customer will benefit for theimproved audio qualities of the new MP10a card.8.3 PRECONFIGURED NUMBERING OF EXTENSION AND COLINES AND STATIONSThe OfficeServ 7100 has been designed as plug-n-play to operate right out of the box withminimum programming and little installation time required. The OfficeServ 7100 comesprepackaged with hardware to support 4 CO lines and 8 digital stations (Only 6 iDCS 28button keyset are provided), and 4 ports of embedded voicemail.
