42OPERATING PROCEDURESCONTROLLING VIDEO INPUTS &MONITORSOperations on the front panel can control video inputs onthe spot monitor or multi-screen monitor.■ On the Spot Monitor● Selecting the Spot Monitor1. Press the [SPOT/MULTI] button to turn the LED in thebutton on. The spot monitor is ready to be operated.2. Follow the descriptions below for each monitoring modeon the spot monitor.● Viewing a Single Live SpotA selected live image is displayed on the spot monitor untila new input selection is made.1. Press a desired numeric button from among 1 – 8.The selected image appears on the monitor.2. Press another numeric button to select a new input.■ On the Multi-screen Monitor● Selecting the Multi-screen Monitor1. Press the [SPOT/MULTI] button to turn the LED in thebutton off. The multi-screen monitor is ready to be oper-ated.2. Follow the descriptions below for each monitoring modeon the multi-screen monitor.● Viewing a Single LiveThe multi-screen monitor can display a single live spotimage.Operating procedures are the same as that of “ On the SpotMonitor” except selecting the multi-screen monitor.In this condition, the spot monitor will display the sameimage as the multi-screen monitor.● Zooming a Single LiveA single live or playback image on the multi-screen monitorcan be zoomed.1. Display the desired single live or playback image onthe multi-screen monitor pressing the [ZOOM] buttonappropriate times if necessary.2.
