Your paging announcement can be heardthrough an external speaker and through the built-in speakers of proprietary telephones (PTs). An extensionuser can answer your paging announcement and establish an intercom call. There are 4 types of paging asshown below:All Extensions:Paging through the built-in speakers of all PTs.Group:Paging to a certain extension group through the built-in speakers of PTs.External:Paging through an external speaker.All Extensions & External:Paging through both the built-in speakers of all PTs and an external speaker.• *1 Enter "#33" when "Plan 2" or "Plan 3" is selected as the numbering plan through systemprogramming.• *2 Enter "#34" when "Plan 2" or "Plan 3" is selected as the numbering plan through systemprogramming.• Only one person can use the Paging feature at a time.
