These settings are available only when With AA is selected in DISA IncomingCall Dial Mode on the 9.6.1 Automated Attendant [6-1] screen.In the AA dial dialog box, the title is displayed as follows:First level: AA dial "X"Second level: AA dial "X-Y"Third level: AA dial "X-Y-Z"(X, Y, Z: 0–9)Depending on the type of destination selected, it may also be necessary to select a specific destination(Extension/Extension Group). When you select 2-level AA or 3-level AA as the destination, the displayshows how to record and playback through personal programming from the telephone. After you click OK,a minus sign (-) is displayed before the AA icon, and the possible sub-destinations 0 [ ]–9 [ ] of the followinglevel are displayed. When you click the minus sign (-), the sign changes back to the plus sign (+), and thelist of sub-destinations is closed. In Interactive mode, when the selected DISA OGM has already beenrecorded, a horn graphic is displayed after the name of the menu option.When you change the type of a destination from 2–level AA or 3–level AA to another setting, any associatedDISA OGM will also be cleared.
