TroubleshootingVQT3C8489U59¾ The unit is hot.The unit switches to standby for safety reasons. Wait forabout 30 minutes until the message disappears.Select a position with good ventilation when installing theunit. Do not block the cooling fan on the rear of the unit.U61¾ (When a disc is not inserted) Displays when amalfunction has occurred. This is displayed when the unitis in the recovery process to return to normal operation.Once the display clears you can use the unit again.If it remains displayed, consult the dealer where the unitwas purchased.U76¾ HDMI cannot be output because it is connected to amodel that does not support copyright protection.U77¾ Due to the current disc not having authorised copyrightinformation, video output is not performed.U88¾ (When a disc is inserted) Displays when there wassomething unusual detected with the disc while playbackor copy. This is displayed when the unit is in the recoveryprocess to return to normal operation. Once the displayclears you can use the unit again.If it remains displayed, consult the dealer where the unitwas purchased.U99¾ The unit fails to operate properly. Press [Í/I] on the mainunit to switch the unit to standby mode. Now press [Í/I]on the main unit again to turn the unit on.H or F(“∑” stands for a number.)¾ There is something unusual.
