TroubleshootingVQT3C8197Image for the Quick View is not smooth.¾ Image may not be played back smoothly in case oftitles recorded with HD quality or AVCHD formattitles.The resume play function does not work.¾ Memorized positions are cancelled when–open the disc tray.–[SD] turn off the unit.([HDD] will not be cancelled)¾ This function does not work for some BD-Videodisc that contains BD-J.Cannot edit.¾ You may not be able to edit on the HDD if there isno available space.Delete any unwanted titles to create empty space.(> 48)The contents of the SD card cannot be read.¾ Remove the card from the slot and then insertagain. If this does not solve the problem, turn offand turn on the unit again.Copying, deleting and setting protectiontakes a long time.¾ When there are a lot of folders and files, it maysometimes take a few hours.Photos do not playback normally.¾ The images that were edited on the PC, such asPROGRESSIVE JPEG, etc., may not play back.(> 104)This unit does not recognize the USBconnection correctly.¾ If USB device is connected to this unit while usinga video communication the connection will not berecognized. If it stilldoes not recognize the connection, turn this unit offand on again.¾ USB devices connected using a USB hub may notbe recognized by this unit.The TV Guide System does not receive anydata.¾ If signal quality is bad (ghost images or limitedreception), the TV Guide system may not be ableto receive any data.The empty field is displayed for some or allchannels.¾ Some channels are not supported by the TV Guidesystem.The TV Guide information is not displayedproperly.¾ Set the clock correctly.
