Convenient functionsVQT4C69 85Settings for USB HDDUSB HDD RegistrationRegister the USB HDD. (> 72)USB HDD DisconnectionThis function puts the USB HDD in a state inwhich it can be safely disconnected. (> 72)USB HDD ManagementPress and hold [OK] for 3 seconds to showthe following settings.Delete all titlesDelete all titles on the USB HDD.• Delete does not work if one or moretitles are protected.Format USB HDDFormatting deletes all contents, andthey cannot be restored. Checkcarefully before proceeding.Cancellation of all USB HDD RegistrationsThis function cancels the registrations of allthe USB HDDs registered on this unit.Only do this if you are going to dispose of thisunit.• Before operation, perform “USB HDD Disconnection”(> above) and remove the USB HDD.• It is not possible to play back the content from aUSB HDD whose registration has been cancelled.PictureStill ModeSelect the type of picture shown when you pauseplay.• Field:Select if jittering occurs when “Automatic” isselected. (The picture is coarser.)• Frame:Select if small text or fine patterns cannot beseen clearly when “Automatic” is selected.(The picture is clearer and finer.)Seamless PlayThe segments can be played back seamlessly.• When “Off” is selected, frame-droppingbetween the segments can be avoided, but thevideo may freeze for a moment between thesegments.• Seamless Play function does not workdepending on the condition or the kind ofprogramme.NTSC Video Output(This works only for video output from theVIDEO OUT terminal.)Select how to output the NTSC image.
