TroubleshootingVQT4C69102Troubleshooting guideYou cannot play contents properly from DLNAcompatible equipment on the network.• There may be some video that cannot be playedback on DLNA compatible equipmentdepending on the equipment.• Following titles cannot be played back:- A title with access restriction- A title currently being recorded on this unit- A title with audio only format- A title with incompatible format• Playback via DLNA compatible equipment maynot be performed when this unit is in thefollowing conditions:- While simultaneously recording twoprogrammes- While playing back a BD-Video- While simultaneously performing High speedcopy and recording- While displaying the Setup menu- While executing functions using a network,such as “VIERA Connect”• You cannot play back simultaneously from twoor more items of DLNA compatible equipment.• If the DLNA compatible equipment is notcapable of outputting HE-AAC audio format,etc., sound may not be played back.When using Wireless LAN connection, videofrom the DLNA Certified media server is notplayed back or video frames are droppedduring playback.• Use 802.11n (2.4 GHz) Wireless router.Simultaneous use with a microwave, cordlesstelephone etc. at 2.4 GHz may result inconnection interruptions or other problems.• On the “Wireless Settings” screen (> 89), thecontinuous lighting of at least four “Reception”indicators is the target for a stable connection. Ifthree or fewer indicators are lit or the connectionis being interrupted, change the position orangle of your Wireless router. If there is noimprovement, connect to a wired network andperform the “Easy Network Setting” (> 21)again.To return all the settings to the factory presetPerform “Shipping Condition” or “DefaultSettings”. (> 78, 93)The following messages or service numbersappear on the unit’s display when somethingunusual is detected.The remote control and main unit are usingdifferent codes. Change the code on the remotecontrol. (> 97)TV Guide data is being downloaded.If there is no change after switching the unit tostandby mode and turning it on, consult thedealer.You cannot delete items on this disc.The disc may be damaged.• The disc is dirty.
