Please note the following instructions for cleaning your instrument.WARNING: Electric Shock Hazard. Disconnect the equipmentfrom the power supply before cleaning.Open the cover and remove the pan handler,sample pan, draft shield, and heat shield fromthe instrument before cleaning.Use a lint-free cloth for cleaning.Clean the exterior of the instrument and thedrying compartment components with a mildcleaning agent. Although the housing isextremely rugged and resistant to solvents,never use abrasive cleaning agents orsolvents!Ensure that no liquid enters the interior of theinstrument.Replace the components after cleaning.Cleaning Temperature Sensor and ProtectiveGlassCheck the protective glass and the temperature sensorfor debris which could impede the operation. If the glassappears dirty, clean the surface facing the compartmentusing a commercial glass cleaner.
