BLUETOOTH AS A SOURCEInitiate pairing of your Bluetooth device with the C 368 by following belowprocedure.1 Ensure that the Bluetooth antenna is connected to the BT antennaterminal at the rear panel.2 Select “Bluetooth” as the Source. Display shows “Discoverable”. Usingyour iOS or Android device, go to Settings – Bluetooth and then scanfor Bluetooth devices.At “Discoverable” mode, the unique device ID of your C 368 is listed orselectable in the device list of your Bluetooth settings. Pair or connectyour C 368 and Bluetooth device.Upon successful pairing of your Bluetooth device and the C 368, displaywill change to “Connected” and then “Playing” when music is playedfrom your Bluetooth device.OTHER BLUETOOTH SETTINGS1 If you turn OFF the Bluetooth connection (not “unpair” or disconnect)of your Bluetooth device, the display will change to “Connectable”.When you turn ON again your Bluetooth device, the display remains“Connectable”.“Connectable” means only the same or current Bluetooth device canconnect to your C 368. This prevents other Bluetooth devices fromconnecting to your C 368 unless current Bluetooth device is unpairedor disconnected.2 From the device list of the current Bluetooth device, select again theunique device ID of your C 368 and connection will be resumed again(Connected) and playback can be resumed also.3 Now, for other devices to connect to your C 368 even if currentBluetooth device is not unpaired or disconnected, press and holdStandby button until the display changes from “Connectable” to“Discoverable”. Any Bluetooth device can then select and connect/pairto the unique device ID of your C 368.IMPORTANT NOTEIf the optional MDC BluOS module is installed, Bluetooth as Source willbe defeated or not selectable. Use the Bluetooth option included in theMDC BluOS module.BLUOS SETUP“BluOS Setup” becomes available as one of the Main menu items when anoptional MDC BluOS module is installed in one of the MDC slots in the rearpanel. The following are the BluOS Setup menu options.IMPORTANT NOTEThe BluOS Setup menu options can be configured only at BluOS sourcemode. With other sources, the BluOS Setup menu options can be viewedonly but not configurable.INFODisplay MAC address, IP address, BluOS version and other relatedinformation about the installed MDC BluOS module.BluOS REBOOTYes: Restart MDC BluOS module.No: Maintain current settings.SERVICE MENUThere are two options for Service Menu – BluOS Upgrade and BluOSService.BluOS UpgradeEnsure that the MDC BluOS is connected wired or wirelessly.Yes: Initiate BluOS upgrade mode. Upgrade mode will proceedautomatically.No: Maintain current settings.BluOS ServiceUse for servicing purposes only. This is a feature normally associatedand coordinated with authorized service personnel.Yes: Activate Service mode.
