Occasional noises (creaks, groans, squeaks, orpops) are a normal part of the ice making process.OperationThe ice machine will not start until:A. The rocker switch is moved to ON.B. The transport tube switch is closed.C. The water reservoir is full of water.Placing the toggle switch in the ON position startsthe gear motor and energizes the liquid line solenoidvalve. The refrigerant pressure at the condensing unitincreases and the low pressure switch closes and startsthe refrigeration system. The water level sensor controlsthe water inlet valve and water level. The freeze cycleends when ice contact opens the transport tube switch.The liquid line solenoid valve closes and the refrigerantpressure at the condensing unit drops. The low pressureswitch opens and turns off the refrigeration system. A 60minute time delay period initiates. The ice machine willrestart when the ice transport tube switch closes and the60 minute time delay period expires.
