11Program ProfilesThe Cross Training Program is designed to alternatebetween the programmed speed and incline. The programwill alternate between: 1) the full programmed incline andhalf the programmed speed, to 2) zero incline and themaximum programmed speed.The Warm Up Program is designed to graduallyincrease treadmill Speed and elevation in the firstsegment (warm up), and gradually decrease speedand elevation in the last segment (cool down).The Cardio Program is designed to vary treadmill speedwhile maintaining a constant elevation.The Fat Burn Program is designed to vary treadmillelevation while maintaining a constant walking beltspeed.Each program contains 10 segments or intervals. For instance, a 30 minute program will have 10 three-minutesegments (30 minutes divided by 10). Also, each preset program may be customized for speed, incline, or both.Please see “Program and Operating Instructions” to customize each program.
