20 English 5.906-591.0 Rev. 00 (01/14) AEZK Uninstall / install cylinder head1 Cylinder head2 O rings3 Seals control piston4 Control valve5 Guide sleeve6 Injector nozzle7 Check valve8 Valve gear casing Disconnect the cylinder head from the valve gear cas-ing. Pull of the seal of the control piston. Pull out the control valve. Pull out the guide bush. Unscrew the injector nozzle. Remove the check valve.NoteCheck O-rings for damage.Check control valve and injector nozzle for ease of move-ment, clean if necessary.Clean the intake and sealing areas.Check components for wear / damage.Pay attention to the correct fitting position during reinstal-lation.1 Quick coupling high-pressure hose2 O ring Unscrew the hose coupling of the high-pressure hoseNoteCheck O-ring for damage.Pay attention to the correct fitting position during reinstal-lation.AESG Uninstall / install valve gear casingAESH Uninstall / install quick coupling of the high-pressure hose
