88 EN EDITING (cont.)Edit From ACamcorderYou can use a camcorder as the source player and yourunit as the recording deck.A Make connections.A If the camcorder has no S-VIDEO output connector:— connect the camcorder’s AUDIO OUTPUT andVIDEO OUT connectors to the unit’s AUDIO andVIDEO input connectors on the front panel.B If the camcorder has an S-VIDEO output connector:— connect the camcorder’s AUDIO OUTPUT andS-VIDEO OUT connectors to the unit’s AUDIO andS-VIDEO input connectors on the front panel.● When using a monaural camcorder, connect its AUDIOOUTPUT connector to the AUDIO L input connector on yourunit.B Set the unit’s input mode.Press CH +/– to set the channel to “F-1”.● When using S-VIDEO connector, set “FRONT AUX F-1” to“S-VIDEO”. ( pg. 98)● When using VIDEO connector, set “FRONT AUX F-1” to“VIDEO”.
