Before you use the product,you must read and understand the contents of thisoperator’s manual.• This product is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduced physical, sensoryor mental capabilities, or lack of experience andknowledge.• Save all warnings and instructions.• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.• The operator and the employer of the operator mustknow and prevent the risks during operation of theproduct.• Do not let a person operate the product unless theyread and understand the contents of the operator'smanual.• Do not operate the product unless you receivetraining before use. Make sure that all operatorsreceive training.• Do not let a child operate the product.• Only let approved persons operate the product.• The operator is responsible for accidents that occurto other persons or their property.• Do not use the product if you are tired, ill, or underthe influence of alcohol, drugs or medicine.• Always be careful and use your common sense.• Keep the product clean. Make sure that you canclearly read signs and decals.• Do not use the product if it is damaged or does notoperate correctly.• Do not do modifications to this product.• Do not operate the product if it is possible that otherpersons have done modifications to the product.Safety instructions for operationWARNING: Read the warninginstructions that follow before you use theproduct.• Use personal protective equipment. Refer toPersonal protective equipment on page 6.• Overexposure to vibration can cause circulatorydamage or nerve damage to persons with decreasedblood circulation. Get medical aid if you havesymptoms of overexposure to vibration. Thesesymptoms include numbness, loss of feeling,tingling, pricking, pain, loss of strength, changesin skin color or condition. These symptoms usuallyshow in the fingers, hands or wrists.• Do not operate the product without all protectivecovers installed.• Make sure that you know how to stop the motorquickly in an emergency.• Before you go away from the product, stop the motorand disconnect the power cord. Make sure that thereis no risk of accidental start.• Make sure that clothing, long hair and jewelry do notget caught in moving parts• Make sure that you are in a safe and stable positionduring operation.• Make sure that there are no loose bolts and nuts.• Do not lift or tilt the blasthead during operation.Abrasive comes out of the product at high speed andcan cause injury. Always disconnect the power plugbefore you lift or tilt the product.• Make sure that the separator and separator tray areclosed during operation.• Do not operate the product unless you can get aid ifan accident occurs.• Always use approved accessories. Speak to yourHusqvarna dealer for more information.• If vibrations occur in the product or the noise levelfrom the product is unusually high, stop the productimmediately. Disconnect the power plug. Examinethe product for damages. Repair damages or let anapproved service agent do the repair.• Always connect the product to a dust extractor forremoval of the dust.• Do not pull the hose of the dust extractor. Theproduct can fall and cause injury or damage.• Keep the dust extractor on until the motor stops fully.• Only operate the product from behind with your handon the handlebar.• Make sure that there is no grease or oil on thehandles.• Make sure that the the brush list seals are notdamaged.• Make sure that the the brush list seals are installedin the correct height.2014 - 002 - 06.04.2023 5 |
