FERTILIZER SPREADER USE215.7 SPREADING MISTAKES:Mistakes of use:ā Wrong r.p.m. of the PTO shaft.ā Inadequate drive speed.ā The fertilizer spreader has not been properly connected to the tractor.ā Incorrect spreading width.ā Incorrect working height.ā The pendulum is not in a horizontal position compared to the land.ā Drive speed is different to those suggested by the spreading tables, or however not suitablefor that particular type of fertilizer.ā Lack of cleaning of pendulum and the gates opening.Mistakes due to the fertilizer:ā Fertilizer of poor quality.ā Wet or excessive humid fertilizer.ā Incorrect fertilizer composition or it does not correspond to what declared from the supplier.ā Presence of excessive large lumps of fertilizer that influence negatively on the yield of thespreading.ā Foreign body in the fertilizer.Mistakes due to the spreader:ā Spreading exits clogged.ā Parts of the pendulum deteriorated or damaged. |
