If power is applied to the monitor, the greenpower LED should light.The monitor data cable isnot connected.Make certain the monitor data cable is connectedto the video controller on the back of the system.The connector or cable isdamaged.Check the connector and cable for bent ordamaged pins.The monitor is defective. Connect a working monitor to the computer.The monitor brightnessand contrast controls areturned down.Adjust the brightness and contrast knobs to thecenter position.The video card is notseated correctly.Open the system and reseat the video card.The video card is notcompatible with thesystem.PCI video cards must be compatible with thesystem.
