The Garmin GPSMAP 176/176C lets you create and store upto 50 reversible routes with up to 50 waypoints each. Routes can becreated in two ways. The first is by selecting waypoints or map itemsfrom the Map page, allowing you to see each route point graphicallyon-screen as you create the route. The second is to select waypointsfrom the Find menu, allowing you to see a list of the route points asyou create the route. Access the Main Menu to start creating a route.Route Tab and Route Options MenuTo create a route graphically:1. Press MENU twice to display the Main Menu page. Use theROCKER to highlight the Route tab.2. Press MENU to display the Route Options page. Select NewRoute and press ENTER.OrHighlight the first blank slot in the Route List page and pressENTER.3. To add an existing waypoint or map item to the route, use theROCKER to highlight the desired item on the map and pressENTER. Map items added to your route do not appear in thewaypoint list.
