Burned-On ResidueWARNING: DAMAGE to your glass surfacemay occur if you use scrub pads other thanBLUE Scotch-Brite® Multi-Purpose No Scratchscrub pads by 3M.Allow the cooktop to cool.Spread a few drops of CeramaBryte® to the entire burned residuearea.Using the Scotch-Brite® blue pad,rub the residue area, applyingpressure as needed.If any residue remains, repeat thesteps listed above as needed.For additional protection, afterall residue has been removed,polish the entire surface withCerama Bryte® and a paper towel.The RAZOR SCRAPER is availablethrough our Parts Center. Seeinstructions under “To Order Parts”section on next page.NOTE: Razor blade is packedinverted for safety reasons. Prior touse, the blade must be rotated andreinserted into slot. It will be necessary to applypressure to the razor scraper inorder to remove the residue.Keep a small amount of cream onthe residue as you scrape.After scraping with the razorscraper, use the scrub sponge toremove any remaining residue.For additional protection, after allresidue has been removed, polishthe entire surface with CeramaBryte® and a paper towel.Scotch-Brite® Multi-PurposeNo Scratch scrub padCleaning the glass cooktop.Normal Daily Use CleaningONLY use the recommended cleaningcream, Cerama Bryte®, on the glasscooktop. Other creams may not be aseffective.To maintain and protect the surface ofyour glass cooktop, follow these steps:Before using the cooktop for thefirst time, clean it with the cooktopcleaning cream.
