When replacing theknobs, check theOFF position to insureproper placement.Wash the knobs in soap and water or avinegar and hot water solution but donot soak.How to Remove Packaging TapeTo assure no damage is done to the finishof the product, the safest way to removethe adhesive left from packaging tapeand cooktop labels on new appliancesis an application of a household liquiddishwashing detergent, mineral oil orcooking oil.Apply with a soft cloth and allow to soak.Wipe dry and then apply an appliancepolish to thoroughly clean and protectthe surface.NOTE: The adhesive must be removed from allparts. It cannot be removed if it is baked on.If your range is removed for cleaning, servicing or any reason, be sure the anti-tipdevice is re-engaged properly when the range is replaced.
