45Error MessagesError Message Cause Corrective ActionPaper loaded askew. Paper is loaded askew. Follow these steps to reload the roll.Lift the Release Lever.1.Open the Top Cover.2.Adjust the right edge of the roll to make it parallel tothe right Paper Alignment Line.3.Lower the Release Lever.4.If this error recurs after you reload the roll, removethe Roll Holder from the printer, push the roll firmly inuntil it touches the Roll Holder flange, and reload theRoll Holder in the printer.Follow these step to reload a sheet.Lift the Release Lever.1.Open the Top Cover.2.Adjust the right edge of the sheet to make it parallelto the right Paper Alignment Line and the trailingedge of the sheet to make it parallel to the paperalignment line under the Paper Retainer.3.Lower the Release Lever.4.To disable this message (if it is displayed repeatedlydespite reloading paper, for example), choose Off orLoose in the Skew Check Lv. setting of the printermenu. However, this may cause jams because papermay be askew when it is printed.
