Department ID Management 5-7System Manager Settings5Department ID ManagementBy storing a Department ID and password for each department, you can set themachine so that its functions can be used only after the correct password has beenentered. This is called Department ID Management. Department IDs andpasswords for up to 100 departments can be stored. This function enables you tocheck the print totals for each department, for management purposes. You can alsolimit the number of pages that can be printed (Copy Limit) and sent (TX Limit) foreach department.With Department ID Management, the following operations can be performed:Selecting whether to use Department ID ManagementStoring the Department ID and the passwordSetting the Impression and Transmission Limit for each departmentNOTEThe maximum number of digits you can store for the Department ID and password isseven.
