Keep the following inmind:• Do not spend more than 5 min when removingjams.• After detaching the drum unit from the copierduring servicing work, be sure to protect it inthe light-blocking sheet that came with thedrum or fresh copy paper, and place the drumin a dark place.Do not touch the photosensitive drum or primarycharging roller.If you have soiled the surface of the druminadvertently, wipe it using a flannel cloth coatedwith toner; do not use paper, lint-free or otherwise.Do not dry wipe or use solvent to clean the drum.After setting the size plate, make sure it correspondsto the paper size you have selected.Download service manual and resetter printer at http://printer1.blogspot.com
