If flammable substances come into contact with electricalparts inside the printer, it may result in a fire or electrical shock.• Do not place the following items on the printer. If these items come intocontact with electrical parts inside the printer, this may result in a fireor electrical shock.If these items are dropped or slipped inside the printer, immediatelyturn OFF the printer and computer aaaa and disconnect the USB cable bbbbif it is connected. Then, unplug the power plug from the AC power outletcccc and contact your local authorized Canon dealer.- Necklaces and other metal objects- Cups, vases, flowerpots, and other containers filled with water orliquidsCAUTION• Do not install the printer in unstable locations, such as unsteadyplatforms or inclined floors, or in locations subject to excessivevibrations, as this may cause the printer to fall or tip over, resulting inpersonal injury.• Never block the ventilation slots on the printer.
