51Step8Wireless Network Interface Board NB-W2NB-W2 is an interface board to be installed in the expansion slot of theprinter.The communication mode supports the infrastructure mode and is availablefor wireless LAN communication (compatible with IEEE802.11b andIEEE802.11g, and available for communication of up to 54 Mbpstransmission speed by wireless). Additionally, the security functionscompatible with WEP, IEEE802.1X/EAP (TLS/TTLS/PEAP), PSK, and WPA(AES) are supported.IMPORTANTYou cannot use NB-W2 simultaneously with the network interface(standard network) the printer has.Specify the interface to be used in PRIMARY NETWORK in EXTENSIONCARD in the INTERFACE MENU options in the SETUP menu. For moredetails, see User's Guide supplied with NB-W2.Installing a Paper FeederThe paper feeder is to be installed at the bottom of the printer unit.Make sure that all the following items are contained in the package beforeinstalling the paper feeder.
