36Paper HandlingPaper and Other Print MediaThis section describes the types of print media you can use with the printer. Ordinary Paper• Plain PaperYou can use standard photocopier paper. The paper weight must be from 17 to28 lb (64 to 105 g/m2 ). You can also use Canon Bubble Jet Paper.To prevent paper jams and other problems, never use media heavier than28 lb (105 g/m2 ).Specifications• EnvelopesYou can use the standard US Commercial #10 and European DL sizes. You canalso use the envelopes that come with Canon Greeting Cards. Do not use otherenvelope sizes. Canon Specialty Paper• Artist CanvasUse this media to add an artistic touch to your images and artwork. In the printerdriver, select High Resolution Paper for Media Type and Custom 9.5 × 14 inch forPaper Size.Note
