This kit includes: PTFE wire liner(Part Number: WC600210AV) , smooth-groove drive roller (Part Number:WC500008AV) and four pieces of0.030" (0.8 mm) aluminum contact tips(Part Number: WT501800AV). Theseparts, when installed in your welder,allow welding aluminum with greatersuccess. Along with this kit, you willneed a spool of 0.030" (0.8 mm)aluminum MIG wire (Part Number:WE303001AV) and a bottle of 100%Argon shielding gas (Part Number:WT601100AV).PTFE wire linerThe PTFE wire liner reduces the drag onthe soft aluminum welding wire. DONOT USE TO WELD STEEL. This linershould be used for aluminum weldingonly to prevent contamination.1. Verify the welder is OFF andUNPLUGGED.2. Open wire feed door and locatedrive deck. Remove torch cablecover by removing three screws (seefigure 1a). WG3020: Remove fourscrews (see figure 1b).3. Disassemble torch handle byremoving four screws (see figure2a). WG3020: Remove one screwand twist nut (see figure 2b).4. Remove swan neck/valve assemblyfrom handle (see figure 3a).WG3020: (see figure 3b).5. Unlock by pulling up,then out from the valve (see figure4a). WG3020: Pull liner from valvewhile pressing collar of liner fitting(see figure 4b).6. Straighten the torch hose andremove the existing wire liner. Then,insert the PTFE wire liner into thetorch hose.7. Push new liner into the valve at anangle until seated fully and thenpush sideways to lock it in position(see figure 4a). WG3020: Push newliner into fitting. It locksautomatically.8. Place swan neck/valve assembly intotorch handle, making sure smallblack wires are located correctly (seefigure 5a). Reassemble torch handlewith four screws.
