This unit isequipped with infinite wire speed controlto accurately select the proper wire feedrate needed for various weldingconditions. Internal components arethermostatically protected.This welding system is designed for usewith the Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)process. As delivered from the factory,this welder can weld with .030” (.8 mm)or .035” (.9 mm) diameter flux-coredwire. A starter spool of .035” (.9 mm)wire is included.UnpackingAll welding accessories for thewelder are inside the wire feedcompartment on side of welder.When unpacking, inspect carefully forany damage that may have occurredduring transit. Make sure any loosefittings and screws, etc. are tightenedbefore putting unit into service. Reportany missing or damaged items bycalling 1-800-746-5641.Circuit RequirementsThis equipmentrequires a dedicated115 volt circuit. Refer to the followingchart for the correct circuit breaker or fuserating. Do not run other appliances, lights,or tools on this circuit while operatingthis equipment. Extension cords are notrecommended. Blown fuses and trippedcircuit breakers can result from failure tocomply with this recommendation.!
