Internalcomponents are thermostaticallyprotected.This welding system is designed for usewith Flux Core Arc Welding (Gasless)only. As delivered from the factory, thiswelder can weld with .030” (.8mm) to.035” (.9mm) diameter flux-cored wire.A starter spool of .035” flux-cored wireis included.UnpackingSome welder components may befound in the wire feed compartment.When unpacking, inspect carefully forany damage that may have occurredduring transit. Report any damaged ormissing items by calling (800) 746-5641.Circuit RequirementsThis equipmentrequires adedicated 115 volt circuit. Refer to thefollowing chart for the correct circuitbreaker or fuse rating. Do not runother appliances, lights, or tools onthis circuit while operating thisequipment. Extension cords are notrecommended. Blown fuses and trippedcircuit breakers can result from failureto comply with this recommendation.! CAUTION Components and Controls1. Work Clamp - connect to workpiece.2. Wire Feed Gun3. Power Cord - plug into 115 voltoutlet.4. On/Off Switch5. Heat Selector - Selects weldingpower (high/low).6.
