See CruiseControl on page 9‑39 for moreinformation.Information DisplaysDriver InformationCenter (DIC)The Driver Information Center (DIC)provides status of many vehiclesystems. The DIC displays warning/status messages. The DIC displayis at the bottom of the instrumentcluster. The DIC buttons are on theinstrument panel next to thesteering wheel.The DIC comes on when the ignitionis on. After a short delay, the DICdisplays the information that waslast displayed before the enginewas turned off.The top line of the DIC displayshows the DIC information. Thebottom line shows the compass.The compass displays in the trip/fuel menus and in some vehicleinformation menus.If a problem is detected, a warningmessage appears on the display.
