Thedoors will be locked and the climatecontrol system may come on.The engine will continue to run for10 minutes. Repeat the steps for a10-minute time extension. Remotestart can be extended only once.Canceling a Remote StartTo cancel a remote start:. Aim the RKE transmitter at thevehicle and press and hold /until the parking lamps turn off.. Turn on the hazard warningflashers.. The Midgate allows you toextend the length of the vehicle'scargo area.For more information see Midgate ®on page 2‑9.TailgateUse the Remote KeylessEntry (RKE) transmitter or powerdoor lock switch to lock and unlockthe tailgate.Open the tailgate by lifting up on itshandle while pulling the tailgatetoward you.To close the tailgate, push it firmlyupward until it latches.
