Install the battery pack into the notebook.2. Connect the AC adapter. See section 1.7.3. Power on the notebook and condition the battery pack. See section2.3.2 for details.When the battery is charging, the battery indicator turns orange. Itturns off when the battery pack is fully charged.4. Power on the system when the battery is fully charged. If yournotebook has pre-installed software, go directly to item 6;otherwise, insert MS-DOSdiskette #1 into the diskettedrive and boot up the system.Follow the instructions to installMS-DOS.You may also want to install Windows or Windows 95 if your packageincludes it.
