79MD Evolution – Cordless DT412 / DT422 / DT432Voice Mail ServicesVoice Mailbox External AccessNormally, it is also possible for you to access your voice mail from aDTMF analogue extension or a GSM mobile phone that supportsDTMF end-to-end dialling mode on an external network.Access is then gained through the automated attendant usuallyimplemented and associated with a system's integrated voice mail,even when an automated attendant's functions are not effectivelyused.Access is gained as follows:å Dial the DID number for your company's automatedattendant (AA).Usually, the internal number for the automated attendant is 885.This is associated with DID numbers relating to your facility.Contact your system administrator for more information.You are then connected to the automated attendant's voice menu.å Dial "*" in order for your call to be transferred to voice mail.“*” is the code used by default to consult voice mail through theautomated attendant. It may have been replaced by “#”.You are then connected to the voice mail system and are promptedto dial the mailbox number you wish to access.å Dial your extension number, which is also your mailboxnumber.As with internal consultation, a system message prompts you toenter your user password.å Enter your user password.By default, your user password is “1234”, however you may havemodified it. (See section “Password Programming” on page 110).You are now connected to your mailbox's consultation menu.
