Lighted lamp is HOT! Do not touch hot lens, guard,or enclosure. All work should be done by a qualified electrician.MAINTENANCE: A regularly scheduled maintenance program should be established to retain optimum lightoutput and reduce heat retention. DO NOT operate luminaire with missing or damaged lens.KEEP THIS SHEET FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.LENS FRAME / REFLECTOR INSTALLATION:Make certain all electrical supply isOFF before starting fixture installation.1. Orient Eyeball in eyeball gasket so lens will be facing indesired position. To do this, remove eyeball gasket fromeyeball. Take note where screw hole should end up sothat eyeball will be oriented in correct direction and installgasket. NOTE: Eyeball will not physically rotate ineyeball gasket because eyeball is actually sandwichedbetween two layers of rubber.2. Connect quick-disconnect on reflector assembly tomating quick-disconnect inside housing. Make suregasket andgasket surfaces are clean and dry. Make sure no dirt hasfallen into screw hole. Install Eyeball on housing.3. Install Eyeball retainer over Eyeball. Coat screws withsilicone grease and tighten opposing screwsprogressively and evenly to 30 inch lbs. torque (2K ft.lbs.)4. Remove lens frame, lens and gasket.5. Install lamp of type and wattage shown on fixture label.LTV30 / LTV73015°TiltAdjustmentScrewsLens & GasketQuick-Disconnect360°RotationEyeballGasketEyeballLens FrameIMPORTANT: Condensation inside the fixture is a common occurrence due to the expanding and condensing of thetrapped air inside the fixture as it is cycled on and off. When the lamp is energized during the evening hours, moistureon the inside of lens will burn off as fixture heats up. It will reappear after power is shut off and the inside air condensesduring cooling. A large majority of this moisture can be avoided by following the installation guidelines as described inthe housing installation instructions. Always relamp fixture during low humidity periods. Before closing fixture, energizethe lamp for approximately five (5) minutes to dry air inside fixture. Remove desiccant from zip lock bag and place inreflector compartment.
