Failure to take these stepsmay result in serious personal injury. Lighted lamp is HOT! Do Not touch hot lens, guard, or enclosure.MAINTENANCE: To maintain light efficiency and prevent fixture overheating, lenses must be kept clean and freeof dirt, dust, leaves, trash and mineral deposits from water. For optimum performance a regularly scheduledmaintenance program should be followed. DO NOT operate luminaire with missing or damaged lens.CAUTION: L.E.D. fixtures are available in 120 volt input or 277 volt input. Please verify before wiring fixture tofield wires (see lamp label to verify). KEEP THIS SHEET FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.Tools Required: Flat Blade Screwdriver 3/32” Allen Wrench Adjustable Wrench Thread Sealant1. Run wires through pole and threadshort thread into pole cap.2. Coat threads with a good sealantand install pole into desiredjunction box. (Direct burial box forH.I.D.)5. Remove screws from lens framewith a flat blade screwdriver.6. Install lamp of type and wattageshown on fixture label & chart.Do not exceed maximum watt-age. Re-install lens and lensframe.
