With the Barfield DPS1000 Pitot and Static ports connected via the hoses (included) andmating aircraft adapters (not included) to their respective ports on the aircraft, the user isable to enter pressures or equivalent aeronautical values using the test set’s touchscreen input display to drive the aircraft system to the required points of test.B. Optionally the DPS1000 test set can be controlled using a Wi-Fi enabled tablet (notsupplied) as a wireless remote control device. The tester can be used with either anAndroid or iOS tablet. Barfield provides a custom App which will be available as a freedownload from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. The tablet display willexactly mirror that of the tester so that the transition to remote control is seamless. Pleaserefer to Appendix E for the Tablet App Wi-Fi Connect Procedure.C.
