Select the View Plate Layout tab.b. Select one well in the plate layout; the well is shown in the MulticomponentPlot screen.Note: If you select multiple wells, the Multicomponent Plot screen displays thedata for all selected wells simultaneously.3. In the Plot Color drop-down list, select Dye.4. Click (Show a legend for the plot).Note: This is a toggle button. When the legend is displayed, the button changes toHide the plot legend.5. View the FAM dye signal. In the example experiment, the FAM dye signal increasesthroughout the PCR process, which indicates normal amplification.
