Jobs are heldin the print queue until you enter your personal 4-10 digitSecure Print ID.2. Image Overwrite is available upon request as an optionalfeature. When available, the overwrite components areenabled by the Machine Administrator.l Immediate Image Overwrite ensures that allinformation related to a job is immediately overwrittenafter the successful completion of each job. You canview job overwrite status at the machine using the JobStatus pathway button located on the User Interface.The system will display a fault message andinstructions if the overwrite was unsuccessful.l On Demand Image Overwrite irretrievably overwritesall of the physical areas of the disks that hold data. Alljobs in the active queue will be deleted andoverwritten. Jobs sent during the overwrite processare held and released after the overwrite process hasfinished.
