142 If Something Goes WrongSound help2 Click Create a restore point.3 Select the System Restore button on the Systemprotection tab.4 Select Recommended Restore or Choose adifferent restore point to restore the system to a pointat which your Web Camera was working properly.Check for problems with third party applicationsUninstall all other applications that use the Web Cameraexcept the pre-installed camera application. If uninstallingthe other applications does not fix the problem, reinstallthem. If it does fix the problem, try reinstalling them again tocheck if the Web Camera continues to work. If it stopsworking again, the problem may be with that specificthird-party application.System RecoveryThe final troubleshooting step is to perform a systemrecovery. Recovering the computer to its original, out-of-the-box state is one way to eliminate software as a possiblecause of the problem.
