Electrical System Quick ChecksChecking the Operation of the Interlock SwitchesCAUTIONDo not disconnect the safety switches. They are for the operator’sprotection.Check the operation of the interlock switches daily for properoperation.Replace any malfunctioning switches or repair any damaged wiringbefore operating the machine.All GreensPro machines above serial number 315000000 are equipped with anInterlock Module which monitors the position of the parking brake switch, seatswitch, and neutral switch .1. Test the parking brake input:A. Engage the parking brake and start the engine.B. With the operator’s seat unoccupied, disengage the parking brake. Theengine should stop in approximately 1 second.2. Test the seat switch input:A. Engage the parking brake and start the engine.B. Sit in the operator seat and disengage the parking brake.C. Lift your weight from the operator seat. The engine should stop inapproximately 1 second.3. Test the neutral switch input:A. Engage the parking brake and start the engine.B. Sit in the operator seat.C. With the parking brake engaged, move the motion control pedals into aMOVE position.
