Thumbnail Screens 47Thumbnail ScreensWhen you press the Thumbnail button of the sub display (page 17), clips recorded on the SxS memorycard are displayed as thumbnails on the screen.You can start playback from the clip selected on the thumbnail screen. The playback picture can be seenon the viewfinder screen and external monitors.Press the Thumbnail button of the sub display to exit the thumbnail screen and return to the recordingscreen.Information for the clip selected with the cursor are displayed at the bottom of the screen.1. ThumbnailThe thumbnail image for each clip is an indexframe from the clip. When recording, the firstframe of a clip is automatically set as the indexframe.Below each thumbnail, the clip/frameinformation is displayed. You can change thedisplayed item on “Thumbnail Caption” in“Customize View” (page 48) of the thumbnailmenu.2. Clip name/titleThe clip name or title of the selected clip isdisplayed.3. File formatThe file format of the selected clip is displayed.4. Recording video format5. Special recording informationIf the selected clip was recorded in a specialrecording mode, the mode is displayed.Clips recorded in Slow & Quick Motion displaythe frame rate to the right.6. Duration of the clip7.
