Youcan use the multiline and group functions in addition tothe basic and enhanced-convenience functions. A tele-phone with line keys is identifiable by the fact that yournumber and the numbers of your colleagues have beenassigned to line keys. You have access to all lines andyou can also make calls via several lines simultaneously.The individual telephone can also be configured (as akeyset) for multi-line operation, for example, for use bynonteam members or by brokers who are in contactwith clients on several lines simultaneously.Additional executive/secretary functions (notused in US)∆ page 108These are configured by your system administrator. Youcan use the executive/secretary functions in addition tothe basic and enhanced-convenience functions. A tele-phone with an executive/secretary (not used in US) con-figuration is identifiable by the executive or secretaryline keys for direct calls to the executive or to the secre-tary’s office. An executive/secretary telephone also hasan intercept key, while a secretary’s telephone has apickup and a deputy key. |
