(Only for update purpose)@ Connects to MDC using a LAN cable.Issues SolutionsThe screen keepsswitching on and off.Check the cable connection between the productand PC, and ensure the connection is secure.No Signal is displayedon the screen.Check that the product is connected correctlywith a cable.Check that the device connected to theproduct is powered on.Not Optimum Mode isdisplayed.This message is displayed when a signalfrom the graphics card exceeds the product’smaximum resolution and frequency.Refer to the Standard Signal Mode Table andset the maximum resolution and frequencyaccording to the product specifications.The images on thescreen look distorted. Check the cable connection to the product.The screen is not clear.The screen is blurry.Adjust Coarse and Fine.Remove any accessories (video extensioncable, etc) and try again.Set the resolution and frequency to therecommended level.The screen appearsunstable and shaky. Check that the resolution and frequency of thePC and graphics card are set within a rangecompatible with the product. Then, change thescreen settings if required by referring to theAdditional Information on the product menuand the Standard Signal Mode Table.There are shadows orghost images left on thescreen.The screen is too bright.The screen is too dark. Adjust Brightness and Contrast.Issues SolutionsWhite does not reallylook white.Go to Picture and adjust the White Balancesettings.The product will turn offautomatically.Go to System and make sure Sleep Timer isset to Off.If a PC is connected to the product, check thepower status of the PC.Make sure the power cable is connectedproperly to the product and power outlet.If the signal from a connected device is notdetected, the product automatically turns offafter 10 to 15 minutes.There is no sound. Check the connection of the audio cable oradjust the volume.Check the volume.The volume is too low.
