When Sabbath is selected, it overridesthe preset factory energy-saving features. All display lighting, oven signals, most controlpads, and the convection fan will be deactivated.How to set the Sabbath function1. Position the oven rack in the desired location. See page30.2. Press the BAKE pad. The oven will beep every time apad is pressed until the Sabbath function is activated.The default temperature, 350°, will blink on the display.If the default temperature is the desired cookingtemperature, skip to step 4 or step 6.3. Press the number pads for the desired cookingtemperature (for example, 3, 7, 5).The selected cooking temperature will blink on thedisplay.4. Press the COOKING TIME pad.The display will show -hr --min.(hr, min characters are not displayed on theNX58H5600S*, NX58J5600S*)hr5. Press the number pads for the desired cooking time.The START indicator will blink on the display. You canset the time to any length of time between 1 minuteand 9 hours and 99 minutes.hr6.
