A MAC address is a unique ID assigned by the manufacturer of the network adapter. This feature can beconfigured to ALLOW or DENY network/Internet access.In the MAC Filtering Rules section, the user can create and edit Network filter rules. This maximum amount of rules thatcan be created are 24 rules.The following parameters can be configured:Configure MAC Filtering: Select Turn MAC Filtering OFF, Turn MAC Filtering ON and ALLOW computerslisted to access the network, or Turn MAC Filtering ON and DENY computerslisted to access the network from the drop-down menu.Checkbox: Check the box on the left side to enable the Network Filter.MAC Address: Enter the MAC address you would like to use in this filtering rule.DHCP Client List: Select a DHCP client from the Computer Name drop-down menu and click << to copy thatMAC Address.Schedule: The schedule of time when the Network Filter will be enabled. The schedule may be set toAlways, which will allow the particular service to always be enabled. Click the New Sched-ule button to create your own times in the Schedules page.Click on the Save Settings button to accept the changes made.Click on the Don’t Save Settings button to discard the changes made.
