Thisapproximation of the location of the handset and/ortransmittal of location information is subject to emergencysituations, transmission limits, network problems orlimitations, problems associated with interconnectingcarriers, your handset, buildings, tunnels, signal strength andatmospheric or topographical conditions, and may beinterrupted, dropped, refused, limited, or curtailed.This handset may permit its location to be approximatedduring a 911 emergency call. The Federal CommunicationsCommission has mandated this location capability.Availability of this feature is dependent upon upgrades toboth the wireless network and the 911 calling system thatare required to be installed by the local 911 response agencyor PSAP. These upgrades may not be available everywherewithin our wireless coverage area or while roaming, whichlimits availability of this feature.The location of the handset is only an approximation, it is notexact and is intended only to aid the PSAP in dispatchingemergency assistance or to limit the area over whichemergency services personnel need to search for the handset.You should not rely solely on a handset for any essentialcommunication, medical emergency or any other emergency.STi Mobile is not liable for any service limits, failures and / oroutages, including without limitation, the failure of a 911emergency call to be connected or completed.
