By the LED blinking red.New Voicemail Message AlertsWhen you receive a new voice message, your phone alertsyou and prompts you to call your voicemail.To call your voicemail: Press and hold .To display your missed calls: Press the navigation key up.Important When you are roaming off the network available toyou, you may not receive notification of newvoicemail messages. It is recommended that youperiodically check your voicemail by dialing 1 + areacode + your wireless phone number. When yourvoicemail answers, press (*) and enter your passcode. You will be charged roaming rates whenaccessing voicemail while roaming off the networkavailable to you.Note: Your phone accepts messages even when it is turned off.However, you are only notified of new messages when yourphone is turned on and you are in a network service area.
