Page 57 of 1315.7.1.2 Handheld Satellite Phone with Integrated GPSWhen using a supported USB connected satphone with integrated GPS, you must use a 2-portUSB hub (either 1.0 or 2.0) plugged into the Optimizer's USB port to accommodate two USBdevices. Plug the small USB drive that came with the Optimizer into one of the USB Hub ports,connect the satellite phone to the other port on the USB Hub using the Mini-USB to USBcable.(OPTIONAL: Use an ethernet cable to connect the computer with the destination software, likea navigation program, to one of the Optimizer's Ethernet ports.)The Optimizer will broadcast the GPS signal both over Ethernet and WiFi, so you can connectyour computer either way in order to establish a successful connection with your destinationsoftware.
