Thereare also three red LEDs, which indicate communications to the network.7.7.1 Dialer LEDDialer LED Color Condition IndicatedOff (No color) The C900 is in permanent FALLBACK modedue to command or no power.Solid Green The C900 is in INTERCEPT mode and theAlarm Panel is on-hook.Blinking(5 hertz)Green The C900 is in INTERCEPT mode and theAlarm Panel is off-hook.Solid Red The C900 is in FALLBACK mode due to error,the INTERCEPT inhibit, Override inputs, orcommand from the D6200Blinking(5 hertz)Red The previous Alarm Panel signal send sessioncaused an INTERCEPT errorAlternating Red / Green The Alarm Panel dialer is off-hook, but the lastsignal was rejected by the C900 due to a badchecksum or other protocol error.The DIALER LEDindicates the status of thealarm Panel digital dialerinterface.(Hertz = cycles/flashesper second).Table 22: C900TTL-X Dialer LED Status Description7.7.2 Status LEDDialer LED Color Condition IndicatedBlinking (5hertz)Green The host is responding normally.Red The host is not responding.Blinking(repeating code)Red A Self Test error has occurred. This information is suppliedonly to assist the technician if a failure of the ARP commands occurs. It could be useful to know thedefault IP address should the ARP commands fail.
