Playing discs 0529En2 Select a random play option.The random play options available depend onthe kind of disc loaded. For example, for DVD-Video discs, you can select Random Title orRandom Chapter (or Random Off).• For DVD-Audio discs, select RandomGroup or Random Track, (or RandomOff).• For CDs, SACDs and Video CDs, select Onor Off to switch random play on or off.Tip• Use the following controls during randomplay:Creating a program listThis feature lets you program the play order oftitles/chapters/groups/tracks on a disc.Important• You can’t use Program play with VR formatDVD-RW discs, Video CDs playing in PBCmode, WMA/MP3 discs, DivX video discs,or while a DVD disc menu is beingdisplayed.1 Press PLAY MODE and select ‘Program’from the list of functions on the left.2 Select ‘Create/Edit’ from the list ofprogram options.3 Use the cursor buttons and ENTER toselect a title, chapter or track for thecurrent step in the program list.For a DVD-Video disc, you can add a title or achapter to the program list.• For a DVD-Audio disc, you can add a wholegroup, or a track within a group to theprogram list.• For a CD, SACD or Video CD, select a trackto add to the program list.Button What it does Selects a new track/title/chapterat random.
